A buyer's bid is a contract between buyer and seller. If the buyer has the highest bid; buyer enters into a legally binding purchase contract with the seller(City Auctions). Seller requires that payment and pickup for Goods be made within 10 calendar days of sale. This includes payments that are made online and also in person at our location. Failure to pay/pick up will result in immediate account restriction. A reinstatement fee of 25% of the total invoice amount due at the time auctions were forfeited will be required to unrestrict the account. More than one offense will result in a permanent ban.

Everything is sold " AS IS " We do not allow for returns or refunds. The buyer can inspect their winnings upon picking up the item.
The statement on your credit card will appear as CAC Sales.
If a buyer initiates a charge back with their financial institution, we will respond to it and give required information to support our case.
Any member who initiates a charge back, will be permanently banned.
Are your products all in new condition?
- Our products range from "new" condition to "refurbished" condition to "lightly used" to "untested" or "just for parts." This information is always included in the description portion of the listing along with photos of each item. We also inspect each of our items before listing them.
What payment methods do you accept?
- You can pay with Paypal or use Paypal's card system to pay online. If you are wanting to pay in store, we accept credit cards and cash.
What are "Hot Deals?"
- "Hot Deals" are "Buy it Now" products that we are offering at an incredibly low price.
Will you ship an item I have won?
- All pickups are local. We are working with carrier options, and will hopefully provide delivery service as well.
