Where do I find my current balance? - Select "My Account" then "Invoices" tab on left.
What payment methods are accepted? Online checkout with credit card or PayPal AND/OR In-store checkout with cash or credit card.
How do I pay online? Step 1. My Account. Step 2. My Account Home. Step 3. Invoices(left of screen). Step 4. View Invoice. Step 5. Checkout. (Each album will create one invoice. If user wants to pay for auctions won in multiple albums; multiple transactions will be required. HotDeal purchases will be also be an additional transaction.)
How do I pay with credit card online instead of PayPal? - Select "Checkout with PayPal", Select "Pay with Debit or Credit Card".

What are your hours? - Hours of operation: Monday-Friday. Monday, Tuesday and Thursday hours: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM. Wednesday and Friday hours: 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM.
How long do I have to pick up? - We provide 10 days from the date of the auction for pickup.
What happens if I can't pick up on time? - If auctions are not picked up within the allotted 10 days; user will forfeit auctions and user's bidding privileges will be restricted. More than one offense will result in the user being permanently banned from site.
What is the difference between "Quick Bid" and "Submit Bid"? - Quick bid increases the current bid by the minimum bid increment requirement. Submit Bid allows user to set a maximum bid amount(proxy). City Auctions will bid incrementally for you up to your maximum bid.
What is a HotDeal? - HotDeals are fixed price items available for direct purchase. Clicking "Buy Now" will add item to user's account. User may pay for HotDeal immediately or upon pickup.
What are "Site Fees" in "My Account"? - Site fees are not applicable to users; please disregard these links.
Why can't I see "Upcoming Auctions"? - This tab is not currently being used. All upcoming and current auctions will be in the "Current Auctions" tab.
Why is the time extending when I try to bid last second? - If a bid is placed within a set number of seconds before the item ends, the auction will be automatically extended 30 seconds.
